Welcome to the help guide for Tim the Chatbot. This is a breakdown of how Tim can help you with common council queries, as well as some other key information regarding our new chatbot.

Tim's primary aim is to assist users with questions and queries related to Timaru District Council. He will make an effort to answer your question, or direct you towards the best place for you to find the information yourself.

Upon initial interaction with Tim, you will receive a friendly greeting. You then have the ability to ask questions and Tim will answer them.

Tim will do his best to answer your questions and help you find the information you require. If he seems to be performing strangely, just click on the Start Over button and Tim will reset and start again.
