Description of Application:

Any person may make a submission on the application, but a person who is a trade competitor of the applicant may do so only if that person is directly affected by an effect of the activity to which the application relates that—
- (a) adversely affects the environment; and
- (b) does not relate to trade competition or the effects of trade competition.
You may make a submission by delivering a written or electronic submission to Timaru District Council at 2 King George Place, PO Box 522, Timaru, fax 03 6877209, email enquiry@timdc.govt.nz. The submission must be on Form 13. Copies of this form are available from the Timaru District Council and from the Council website at http://www.timaru.govt.nz/.
The statutory time period for submissions closes on 9 June 2023
You must serve a copy of your submission on Deer Genetics NZ Limited (the applicant), whose address for service is 273 McKeown Road, Woodbury, RD21, Geraldine – Email velveter@xtra.co.nz , as soon as reasonably practicable after serving your submission on Timaru District Council.
