Resident Survey - We Want To Hear Your Thoughts

Timaru District Council completes a Resident Survey every two years as part of the Long Term Plan (LTP).  The survey asks what services you use and what you would rate for your experience with them.

The survey is conducted by Key Research. We do not provide them with any customer details, they simply conduct the survey and analyse the results for TDC.

This year we are moving from phone based to an online survey to provide greater access to our residents. A link to the survey will also emailed to some customers that have registered an email address for their rates notice.

This is an opt in survey – there is no obligation to take part.  For anyone needing support or computer/wifi access, our libraries provide this for customers, and our Customer Service team at 2 King George Place have a kiosk available if you need it.

If you would like to have your say as a resident of the Timaru District, follow this link to the survey:  https://survey.keyresearchsurveys.com/kr/TimaruDC2023

Survey finishes on October 26, 2023.
