Statutory Documents

Section 35 of the Resource Management Act 1991 requires Council to have copies of the following statutory documents which can be accessed by clicking on the following links:

• National Policy Statement (there are presently no national policy statements)
• New Zealand National Coastal Policy Statement
• National Environmental Standards
• Regional Policy Statement and Regional Plan

Copies of these documents can also be viewed at the public libraries and at the following offices of Timaru District Council:
